Aircraft Boards
The Falklands30 Exhibition features a number of original aircraft from the conflict, each of which performed specific roles, with specific stories. As the exhibition is concentrating on the 'people' aspect of the conflict, with an emphasis on personal reminiscence, we have created some information boards for each aircraft, detailing their own personal story. A bit of personality goes a long way.

...and counting
I have just counted up, and at the moment we are running at 46 separate pieces of artwork at the moment! This ranges from small magnetic strips to dress information points at the museum, to an educational trail book to accompany the exhibition, over 20 metres of banner (so far) and a game board. Not to mention the vinyl wall applications, information boards, Royal Marine cabinets and, of course, the exhibition jigsaw! Absolutely fantastic!

You've got to have proof
Below is an image of a section of one of the 11 information boards we are preparing for one area of the exhibition. We are trying to get the balance right between the images in the background, the legibility of the text and the orange colour wash, which relates to the logo.
We have had this proof prepared - the first of many. The boards are to be printed on vinyl-wrapped foamex boards. They will be scuff resistant and lightweight. The text boards range in dimension from 1500mm x 1000mm to 600mm x 1000mm.

Starting to Come Together
The exhibition area in the Fleet Air Arm Museum is starting to come together. Below are a few pics of the surfaces, freshly painted, and a couple of ghosted pics of how some of the Wallis Agency graphics are going to fit onto the panels!

Artwork goes south...
We have produced a banner for the Falklands 30 Exhibition which is shortly on its way down south... 8,000 miles down south to be exact.
This banner (below) is going to the Falkland Islands themselves, where it will be part of an exhibition in Stanley that runs concurrently with the Fleet Air Arm Museum's exhibition.

The soft opening for the Fleet Air Arm Museum's Falklands 30 Exhibition is only one month away. We are assembling all the graphics required. Below is a progression of the main Orange exhibition logo into a blue version for the aircraft hall, and a green one for the Royal Marines area of the exhibition.
